You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you're under 18, you'll need a parent or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect info from kids under 13

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to appointment reminders via SMS, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.
